Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been sent.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and chosen shipping method.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international orders, please place your order through your regional Amazon website.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your book arrives damaged or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anika@halsacoaching.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
Books and merchandise are non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of damage or error on our part. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
