I am grateful to share the release of The G.E.N.T.L.E. Reset Journal along with two new self-paced online courses, Calm Within and Rested.



Each of these offerings was created as a response to a simple truth I see again and again. So many of us are tired, overwhelmed, and longing for a way to slow down without guilt.


Why G.E.N.T.L.E.


The G.E.N.T.L.E. Reset Framework™ was born from lived experience, mindfulness practice, and years of supporting others through change. It is an invitation to meet yourself with compassion rather than pressure.

Rested: Mindful Sleep & Evening Rituals


Rested: Mindful Sleep & Evening Rituals was created for those who feel deeply tired, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.


This course invites you to:

  • Redefine rest in a culture that glorifies exhaustion

  • Release the belief that rest must be earned

  • Create rhythms that truly support restoration
